this game is pretty simple.. its basically a battle ground whats the difference.. in this battle ground you must donate to enter! This is the BIGGEST battle ground there will ever be. The map...
looking at this map its pretty HUGE!! it can hold a lot! of players. this is the only battle ground where you can skill, get attacked by monsters (the short way between the bases) and use a bank! since the map is huge and its donor only... the map will give you +5 honor per kill and give you +10% extra honor of the honor earned (ex: i kill 20 people = 100 honor 20% = 20 honor)
rewards... this map is HUGEEEE and is a full 30 minute game(tdm)! so to get items people REALLY want! you have to upgrade!
To keep this game fair, it switches from capture the flag and team death match to REALLY get in touch with your team! This brings more of a team work ethic into the game so you Don't have a team that just has the best weapons and armor. You have to be with your friends to really get points.

you are not able to wear capes in here! you get a zamorak and sara (castle wars) cape so you can find out who is on your team!!

each item can be bought at LEVEL 1!! then use that item with the correct honor to get the upgraded versions of that item! each upgrade changes the stats by a huge amount!

the smallest map in the battle grounds. this is a capture the flag game. this is at clanwars
only look at the trouble brewing (right of the map looks like a box)
the flag is in the 2 buildings. With the small map, it is hard to fight.
this map only awards you 1 honor per kill though, seeing that it is a small map and you can get easy kills
MOD points
the title is pretty... ya... well its not like you get points for being a mod. Mods give PLAYERS points... this is KARMA. Admins and mods (ONLY) give players karma for doing good things (not telling people codes and stuff.. like Always helping others out) the more karma you have the better chance of mod and maybe rewards for this!!
MOD tickets
a mod ticket so something u can use to become a mod. This tests how long you have been playing the game. To get one, go home and TALK the the general shop guy. he will sell you a mod ticket for 50 gold bars!!! this is a big price to pay but its mod!!! also you must have 99 in 15 skillsVote system
every week, the server will have a voting poll. to vote, go home and talk to a guy. he will explain the poll (first time talking) and tell you what it is what happens. Then he will tell you the poll of the week and give you a list of options (opens a new menu) at the end of the week, the poll is counted. He will also tell you about last weeks poll, the results ( question, choices, # who picked that, %'s and the date of the poll)
Stock!
i've been learning about stock in school a bit.. so why now be able to buy stock on here? it would be different though. Stock can be exchanged at the GRAND EXCHANGE! go there talk to a guy. you can buy a part of stock on an item. how would this work?
say a bronze bar is worth 100gp. i spend 500 gp on stock (you would get a ticket here!!) (max is 5% of that item price) i would get 5% every time that item is traded. so every time 1 to 100 bars of bronze (any more will not be counted) i get 5gp per bar!
i know some people are cheaters and like to... trade themselves so we only allow you 5% of the item price. ALSO you can not trade that item yourself until you sell your stock. You can buy the item but you will not be able to sell it until you sell your stock. every trade can earn you up to 500 gold.
how do i keep track of my stock? you will get a book

people will get to rich off this won't they? NO. the more of that item that is sold and is recorded in your book, adds a chance that the stock market for THAT item will crash for ONLY YOU! a crash could be up to 140% of how much you have earned. maybe 20 bronze bars were traded. then the stock market crashed. i could lose 140 gold! this prevents people from becoming to rich!
selling your stock.
To sell your stock on a certain item and not your entire book of stock! you read the book and go to the item you want to sell and press get item in ticket. This means you have taken your stock out and are NOT earning any money!!

to buy stock for an item, go to the guy and hell ask you what item you want. type in the id code of the item you wish to own stock in. it will then say that item and ask you how much you want to buy

ok at the grand exchange, go to the lottery seller. you can buy as many tickets as you want but they are worth something so don't waste all your money on this.
whats the pot? guess wut.. we just start off the pot with a small amount ( can be up to 50mil!!) and people pay in. the original number is added on to. there is no max to the pot! when it hits 1 bil, it starts over and gives you 1 PERFECT gold bar!
whats the ticket worth? the ticket is worth 1mil (yep.. 1,000,000!)
you use the ticket on the lottery guy to register it. otherwise you can keep the tickets and use them on a later date if you choose. This means your ticket is in. Later, you can go up to him and ask have i won? there will be 3 winners. so theres 100mil in the pot. i get 60mil. The 2nd person gets 30 mil. the 2nd person gets 10mil. it splits. 1st - 60% 2nd - 30% 3rd - 10%. you can check if you have won at ANY TIME!!!
OR!!!!! if you win, the lottery guy will ask for your name on the forums. you can say not at this time ( he will then give you a ( you can not have both the money and this book you must come in first place in the lottery to get this book!!!!)

economy - i want things simple and hard!
first thing.. drops - the monsters.. you have no idea if they drop ANYTHING OR NOT! are they coded? maybe! ok first we need to give all the monsters drops! this can include charms, herbs, food, and other things. we just need to make sure they drop something or people won't go there and get anything! what about torm? does it drop claws at a 1/200 chance or does it drop nothing??? i need drops to show me if im killing the right things!!!
herb - we need to remove the herb shop and make it 100% working. atm when you make an overload, its NULL... and most things don't even work. add the herb drops around the game and remove the shop. maybe put vials in a general shop. this will help new players come and make money!! this also makes herb harder so we don't all have overloads and extremes!!
summoning- next we could add charms to monsters. dropping charms each monster. as the monster level goes up, so do the charm drops. corp would drop like 13 blues (best charm!) this helps players make money and making summoning a challenge to get so we dont have all the summoning creatures running around.
prices - if u havent noticed... dds is 20mil x100 the price it should be...
simple but HARDER! - barrows.. trash!! the guys attack with all melee.. and i don't think they even use the armor special while attacking you. veracs should hit through your prayer! ahrims should mage! and there should be 4 on a hill Each hill with 4 of the same barrows brothers on that hill. but make the drops like 1/100 this will increase the price of barrows! also these custom bosses... i want to know what they drop or im wasting my time!
clue scrolls - clue scrolls should be like a 1/50 chance and it SHOULDN'T tell you what level it is. 3rd aged is like 1/5... we need to add more items into the clues and make the GOOD drops harder! this helps make clues actually keep buying and selling...
godwars - the drops at godwars.. honestly its like 1/50. its good but sometimes its pretty common. we need the drops to be hard.. the shards are like 1/10. for sara its every kill....
knowledge = nothing - new players coming to this server know how to get stuff, where to get it, and how to become the best person in the game! these new bosses drop stuff but the old players have no idea what! we need to fix the bosses so we know what they drop and new players coming have to discover that!!!
president!!
a president in bulletscape would be a player voted (sort of staff) leader. They have a few powers nothing big!!
ok first thing. the votes. to even get elected you will need 5 people to elect you. go to the king in varrock castle. you can sign up here for a steady 30mil. now you must have 5 people who have at least 2 99 skills go there and elect you. if nobody wants to elect you you can pay 25mil to get into the race. now the 25mil gets you 5 elects but you still need more. the top 4 people (if there is a tie it goes to who got it first!)
the first part is just who has the money to jump into the ring. the second part is all about the people.you need to become famous with the people. now they can go to any banker and talk to them to get the list. the staff on the server have another vote. each player can only vote once!!!!!!!

ok now this kicks 2 people out of the running. now it is up to the staff to chose. they go to a bank booth and vote. the winner with the most staff votes wins. if it is a tie, it goes back to the popular votes, if it is a tie, it goes back to see who payed for elects, if neither did then it goes to elects, if its a tie, than michael gets to choose.

he president can collect taxes. every trade, the president gets 500gp.
ALSO they get a ring of wealth!!!
also they can take place in the staff votes for server changes.
they can also visit the staff zone on the forums!
if the players do not like the current president (making votes and just sits there and collects taxes and does nothing, they can vote to kick them out of office. with 100 popular votes and 3 staff votes, the president can be kicked, the ring of wealth removed, and a fine of up to 100million gp place on his head.
Clan chat
a few things ive noticed. for 1, when you log off the clan chat name does not save! neither does the ranks of your friends.

loot share DOES NOT WORK!! if i miss a arcane sigil and go to bandos, it doesnt work!! heres how it should work.
im at corp im fighting a guy gets arcane sigil ( say its worth 150mil
now i have : 150,000,000
now i go to bandos and another guy is there who missed tassets ( say their 10mil )
he has : 10,000,000
a bandos hilt comes up (say its 25)
i now have 125,000,000
next tassets come (10) i get them because i'm higher than him
i would still have 115,000,000
i would continue to beat him until i get below 10mil. the highest number should always win
now its like if you do the most damage you get it !also i noticed a lot of mods have been like join my cc!!@! why not have a chat like clan chat - general clan chat - pking clan chat - bosses. trade, updates, staff and other clan chats. maybe add a guy at home who you can talk to and he will tell you what each clan chat is and he could join them for you.
Holiday events - each event will go on for 10 days giving everybody time to get a good amount, making the price low!!!

team cape seller - i want to see a team cape seller in this game. he stands at the edge of the wilderness in edge and sells you team capes 1-25 then if you go to varrock bar capes 26-50!
mod punishments
after being jailed..... for a while.... i thought of this
new commands that give only a certain time.
~jail 1 (1 being the amount of minutes)
~jail 60
~ban 60
~mute 60
it will then tell you you have been muted for 60 minutes. when time is half up it will tell you. this also brings me back to another idea the home teleporter.. somewhere in this list of huge ideas. also what about a fine.
fines would be like this
ban = 1mil gp + (60 X minutes of ban)
you get 10 minutes to pay it
mute = 500k + 100 X minutes of mute
