heres what the new 317 will look like.. this is to add economy, pking, and players..

red - pk point shop
yellow - prayer altar
purple - global teleporter (explained next)
green - pk supplies (explained next)
blue - general store


this would be the new home.

the home is based around pking. the altar is close to the wild to allow players easy recharge of prayer so they can continue to pk.

the general store would allow players to empty some items out of their bank without traveling to the shops.




























global teleporter

the global teleporter replaces the options of teleporting. this will remove all the multi teleports out of your spellbook, requiring you to now obtain runes to teleport, which in turn will help train your magic level.

the global teleporter stands in locations around the world and you can talk to him to get options that you can break down.

the lords blood drips into your veins healing you 2 hp every 10 seconds as well as adding 15% more damage to your hit.
